SERVICE AGREEMENT
Effective upon application submission
and/or payment for services
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between KareerFind, a career services provider operating from Bangalore, Karnataka, India (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”), and the individual submitting an application and/or making payment for any KareerFind service (“Client”, “you”). This Agreement is effective upon the earlier of (a) submission of the online application form or (b) payment for any KareerFind service.
1Definitions
1.1 Service Provider. KareerFind, operating from Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
1.2 Client. The individual who submits the application form and/or makes payment for KareerFind services.
1.3 Services. Any of the following: Resume Writing, LinkedIn Profile Optimization, Naukri Profile Optimization, and/or Placement Support Program, as selected by the Client.
1.4 Successful Placement. The event in which the Client receives, accepts, and physically joins an employer introduced to the Client by KareerFind through the Placement Support Program.
1.5 Placement Fee. The total fee of ₹60,000 payable by the Client to KareerFind in connection with the Placement Support Program, comprising a Registration Fee of ₹10,000 and a Success Fee of ₹50,000.
1.6 Agreement. This Service Agreement, including any amendments published on kareerfind.in.
2Services & Deliverables
2.1 Resume Writing. KareerFind will deliver an ATS-optimized, professionally written resume within 48–72 hours of receiving complete client information. Delivery is in PDF and editable Word format. One free revision is included.
2.2 LinkedIn Profile Optimization. KareerFind will rewrite the Client's LinkedIn headline, About section, Experience, and Skills within 24–48 hours of receiving account access or required details.
2.3 Naukri Profile Optimization. KareerFind will optimize the Client's Naukri headline, summary, and skills sections within 24–48 hours of receiving account access or required details.
2.4 Placement Support Program. KareerFind will provide active placement support for up to 6 months from the enrollment date, including job referrals, job alerts, mock interview preparation, and a dedicated career advisor.
2.5 Service Availability. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with reasonable notice.
3Fees & Payment Terms
3.1 Resume Writing Fees. ₹999 (Fresher / less than 1 year experience) · ₹1,499 (1–5 years) · ₹1,999 (5+ years). Fees are due before work commences.
3.2 LinkedIn Optimization Fee. ₹1,499 (one-time). Due before work commences.
3.3 Naukri Optimization Fee. ₹999 (one-time). Due before work commences.
3.4 Placement Support Fees. ₹10,000 Registration Fee payable at enrollment (non-refundable). ₹50,000 Placement Success Fee payable within 7 days of the Client's joining date at the placed employer.
3.5 Bundle Pricing. KareerFind may offer bundled pricing for multiple services at a discount. Bundle prices are displayed at the time of application and supersede individual service prices.
3.6 Payment Methods. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets are accepted.
4Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Pre-Commencement Refund. For Resume Writing, LinkedIn Optimization, and Naukri Optimization: a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment, provided work has not yet commenced. Refund requests must be submitted to support@hireready.in.
4.2 Post-Commencement — No Refund. Once work has commenced on any service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
4.3 Placement Registration Fee — Non-Refundable. The ₹10,000 Placement Support Registration Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including non-placement, Client withdrawal from the program, or early resignation post-placement.
4.4 Placement Success Fee — Not Applicable for Refund. The ₹50,000 Placement Success Fee is charged only after Successful Placement; accordingly, no refund is applicable.

Placement Support Agreement
Critical5.1 Definition of Successful Placement. A “Successful Placement” occurs when the Client receives, accepts, and physically joins an employer that was introduced to the Client by KareerFind through the Placement Support Program. An offer that is withdrawn before the joining date, or a role the Client declines, does not constitute a Successful Placement.
5.2 Fee Structure. The total Placement Fee is ₹60,000, payable in two parts:
- Registration Fee: ₹10,000 — payable at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances and is credited toward the total Placement Fee.
- Placement Success Fee: ₹50,000 — payable within 7 calendar days of the Client's joining date at the placed employer. If the Client does not receive a Successful Placement during the program duration, this fee is not charged.
5.3 Non-Circumvention. The Client agrees not to join, contract with, or enter into any employment or consulting arrangement with any employer that was introduced to the Client by KareerFind — through any channel other than KareerFind — within 12 months of such introduction. A violation of this clause renders the full ₹50,000 Placement Success Fee immediately due and payable, regardless of whether KareerFind facilitated the final placement.
5.4 Notification Obligation. The Client must notify KareerFind in writing (email to support@hireready.in) within 48 hours of receiving any job offer from an employer introduced by KareerFind. Failure to notify KareerFind within this period is a breach of this Agreement and the full Placement Success Fee becomes immediately due.
5.5 Program Duration. Active placement support is provided for 6 months from the date of enrollment. During this period, KareerFind will send job referrals, alerts, and coaching. After 6 months, the program may be renewed at KareerFind's discretion.
5.6 Employer Withdrawal of Offer. If the employer withdraws a job offer before the Client's joining date, the Placement Success Fee of ₹50,000 is not charged for that placement. The Registration Fee of ₹10,000 remains non-refundable.
5.7 Early Resignation. If the Client voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within 90 days of joining a placed employer, the full Placement Success Fee of ₹50,000 remains due and payable within 7 days of resignation or termination.
5.8 Mandatory Documents. Enrollment in the Placement Support Program requires submission of: (a) a signed copy of this Agreement (via signature upload in the application form), (b) a recent passport-size photograph, and (c) a current resume. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
6Client Obligations
6.1 Accurate Information. The Client agrees to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in the application form, resume, and any subsequent communications. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.
6.2 Timely Communication. The Client agrees to respond promptly to communications from KareerFind's team, including requests for information, scheduling, and feedback on delivered materials.
6.3 Interview Attendance. The Client agrees to attend scheduled mock interviews and coaching sessions. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension from the Placement Support Program without refund of the Registration Fee.
6.4 Offer Notification. For Placement Support Clients, the Client agrees to notify KareerFind within 48 hours of receiving any job offer from a KareerFind-introduced employer (see Clause 5.4).
6.5 Fee Payment. The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees as set out in this Agreement, including the Placement Success Fee within 7 days of joining the placed employer.
7Confidentiality & Data Privacy
7.1 Data Usage. KareerFind will use the Client's personal information, resume, photograph, and signature solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. This includes sharing relevant profile information with potential employers for placement purposes.
7.2 Third-Party Disclosure. KareerFind will not sell, rent, or share the Client's personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with potential employers is limited to information necessary for the recruitment process and is shared with the Client's implicit consent by virtue of enrolling in the Placement Support Program.
7.3 Data Security. Client data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. KareerFind complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection regulations.
7.4 Retention. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period of 2 years thereafter, after which it is securely deleted.
8Intellectual Property
8.1 Client Ownership. All resume content, LinkedIn copy, and profile materials created by KareerFind for the Client become the sole property of the Client upon receipt of full payment for the relevant service.
8.2 KareerFind Ownership. All content on the KareerFind website — including text, graphics, logos, templates, and service descriptions — is the property of KareerFind and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any part of the website without prior written consent.
9Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Employment Guarantee. KareerFind provides career facilitation services and does not guarantee employment, specific salary outcomes, or role suitability. Results depend on market conditions, the Client's qualifications, and employer decisions that are beyond KareerFind's control.
9.2 Liability Cap. KareerFind's total liability to the Client, for any claim arising under this Agreement, is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusions. KareerFind is not liable for: (a) offers that are withdrawn after acceptance; (b) employer decisions regarding salary or role fit; (c) delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required information or respond to communications; or (d) inaccurate information provided by the Client.
10Dispute Resolution
10.1 Good Faith Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising under this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. The Client should contact support@hireready.in with a written description of the dispute.
10.2 Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The place of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka. The language of arbitration shall be English.
10.3 Individual Basis. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Class actions or consolidated proceedings are not permitted under this Agreement.
11Governing Law
11.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
11.2 Jurisdiction. Subject to Clause 10.2, any legal proceedings arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
12Amendments
12.1 Right to Amend. KareerFind reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. The current version will always be published at kareerfind.in/agreement with an updated effective date.
12.2 Notice of Material Changes. For material changes affecting existing Clients, KareerFind will provide notice via email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
12.3 Continued Use. Continued use of KareerFind services after changes are published constitutes the Client's acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This is a legally binding agreement under Indian law. By submitting an application or making a payment on kareerfind.in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
